KNEE PAIN

Usually an overuse injury, discomfort in the knees is most often a result of the shock and jarring absorbed from ground reaction forces. Decreasing your level of training for a few days can help or training on a softer surface.

Shoe Recommendations:

Running: 1225, 1123, 1064, 1012, 993, 850, 760

Walking: 977, 967, 927, and 846

Cross-Training: 1010, 855
