Pronation

PRONATION

When weight bearing, pronation is an inward tilt rotation of the hind and mid-foot with a lifting of the outside border of the mid-foot, and an outward swing of the forefoot. Pronation is generally observed in the lower arched foot.

Shoe Recommendations:

Running: 1225, 1123, 1012, 993, 850, 760, 587

Walking: 977, 927, 846, 811

Cross-Training: 855

Court: 804

Flat Foot Insole

For normal arches use the Performance Sport Cushion or the Stabilizer Insole.
