PES PLANUS

The Pes Planus foot is a flat foot usually characterized by flexibility, with an inward tilt of the heel, and an outward tilt of the heel, and an outward flair of the forefoot. This foot is more flaccid and requires more control from the shoe.

Shoe Recommendations: A firmer shoe is suggested:

Running: 1225, 1123, 1012, 993, 850, 760

Walking: 977, 927, 846

Cross-training: 1010, 855
