For a project entitled ‘Out of the Box’, Amsterdam-based designer Jurjen Semeijn has created a series of replica paper shoes made solely from the boxes in which the originals came. Among his subjects: The New Balance 574 shown here.

While plenty of people have attempted to tackle the idea of paper shoes, few have done so with as much attention to detail and style.
